The first one in the top part with three lakes of production of carbonic maceration, in the second one there are the Wineries being the third one the space destined for bottling and storage of finished product. His production nowadays is destined in sole right to the demand of his clients or what és the same thing, to a young very typical wine for his method of production known as ' carbonic maceration '.
