Founded in 1852 by D. Domingo Perez Marín, nowadays the company possesses all his facilities in Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cadiz), with a surface of 57.000 m2, that for this December will meet extended with 4.000 m2 more of Winery, which will suppose having 4.000 more boots of wine.
The base of the philosophy of this company is his exclusive dedication to the only product: manzanilla " La Guita ". Nowadays, " La Guita " is an absolute leader of the market (with more than 40 % of the total) and, since it says one of the slogans of the signature, a prestige and recognition has been gained because "Manzanilla La Guita costs what costs ".

Manzanilla La Guita es un vino elaborado con Palomino Fino de viñedos situados en el Pago de Miraflores, uno de los pagos más emblemáticos de Sanlúcar. Tras la vendimia y después de un ligero prensado, el mosto fermenta en depósitos de acero inoxidable a temperatura controlada. Una vez seleccionado el vino, que debe ser limpio en nariz, pálido y ligero, se encabeza hasta el 15% vol. alc. y entra a formar parte en el sistema de criaderas y soleras, realizando una crianza biológica con velo de flor en estas botas de roble americano de 516 litros, durante más de 4 años. Manzanilla La Guita es un vino elegante, con estructura y mineralidad. Es la Manzanilla por excelencia.
