Founded in 1835
In 1835 Manuel Maria Gonzalez Angel acquired a small winery, and began to elaborate and export his own wines. A little time later, it decided to be associated with Mr. Robert Blake Byass, his agent in England, being born like that the company Gonzalez Byass.
The company is an owner of 650 hectares of vineyards, payments of: Macharnudo, Carrascal and Burujena. More than 45 million liters of wine and brandy of Sherry are stored in the wineries, many of famous them for his only construction or for his ultramodern efficiency: La Concha, La Cuadrada, Los Apóstoles, Los Reyes, La Gran Bodega Tío Pepe and Las Copas
