The Winery arises from a long familiar tradition. Generation after generation dedicated fullly to the culture of the viñado and the production of wine. It is in 1988, when Jose Luis Gil founds Wineries Gil Berzal with the idea of commercializing his own wine under the brand RECOVECO. Though they support the tradition, they elaborate also wines of Author and of more modern cut.
All the wines are elaborated by grapes proceeding from his vineyards in which practíca an Integrated Viticulture. What never allows them to ferment the wines with autochthonous yeasts, commercial, obtaining wines with more personality and terroir of our zone, as well as mas natural and healthy. All this joined the selection of clusters in vine-stock, and to the accomplishment of short prunings, clarify you of clusters to limit the performance, they give like proved a few wines of race and quality.
