The family Alfonso has elaborated wine during generations in Val do Umia, remaining writings of beginning of s. The XXth that already they speak about the crops and about the production of the wine from the careful work of the vineyard.
The current winery is founded in 1997, the work is professionalized, but he gathers the same philosophy of our forbears.
It is continued working with the traditional methods and technologies biodinámicas, that respect the lunar phases, and that allow to elaborate broths without chemical corrections and without leaked.
