Cavas El Mas Ferrer it is a totally familiar company placed in the small people of Ca L'Avi, inside Subirats's municipality, which is that of major extension of L'Alt Penedès's region.
According to known information, our wine origins go back to the year 1863 in which our great-grandfather, Miquel Ferrer i Jover already was a vine-grower with a lot of experience.
Nevertheless, it was from the year 1974 when the family Ferrer elaborated the first bottles of wine-cellar in our wine-cellars, siguendo the traditional method or "champenoise".
