Two lines of grinding, with a capacity of 50.000 kilos / hour; an installation completes for the production of red wines, consisted of eight revitalizing ones of 70.000 liters of capacity each one, with shirt of refrigeration; twenty wineries of stainless steel of 100.000 liters each one; also with control of temperature for the fermentation; a refrigerating equipment of 1.500.000 frigorías/hora, with a capacity of total storage of 70 million liters; and a line of bottling of 6.000 bottles / hour, they complete in outline the technical equipment of this winery, one of the most important of La Mancha.
