This Cooperative was founded in the year 1959 by a group of 35 vine-growers of the locality of Herencia. At present it relies on 700 partners that they possess a total of 6.000 hectares of vineyard of the varieties Airén and Macabeo, between the white ones, and Tempranillo or Cencibel and Robe, in case of the inks.
His facilities, of 18.000 m2, are endowed with modern systems of production: unit of cold of 650.000 frigorías/hora, system of desfangado for flotation, desvinadores, despalilladora, etc.
It has a capacity of storage near 24 million liters in wineries, metallic of stainless steel and of cement. Also it possesses 3 autovaciantes for the production of stained wines.
