The aims of the Cooperative Niño Jesus are the following ones: To elaborate pink and stained wines from the autochthonous varieties of the zone, and to obtain the quality that only the vineyards of our environment can offer. To announce the extraordinary qualities of the grape bobal so much in production of pink wines, since in wines of double pasta (of great structure, color and balanced tannins), since in direct red wines of carbonic maceration (depositing neatly the entire clusters of grapes in order that inside every grain the miracle of the fermentation develops).
