Founded in April, 1948 by 28 farmers of Speck who joined his efforts to elaborate and to commercialize his products. At present it possesses 1.000 partners, only for his section of winery.
It has a capacity of storage of 27 million liters in ships with wineries of concrete re-dressed in painting epoxi, wineries of sheet re-dressed in painting epoxi and of stainless steel.
It possesses an equipment of cold for refrigeration of the musts with a capacity of 550.000 frigorías/hora; it plants bottling works with capacity of 1.500 bottles / hour, with equipment of stabilization for cold, with vitaltratos, with a capacity of 100.000 frigorías/hora; modern equipment of vintage, with performance of 250.000 kilos / hour; and pesaje and capture of musts centralized by computer.
It has also Enológic technical service and agronomic to the service of the partner.
