For us, care of the vineyards is the starting point of a process that aims to achieve a high quality wine, a true reflection of the character of the soil. One of the determining factors in the final quality of wine is unquestionably the grape.
The harvest is done entirely by hand, selecting only the grape that has the best conditions. Once in the winery, is a second selection of the grapes and begins the process.
