Enterprising young person, with the qualifications of Technical Agricultural Engineering and with a master in Enology, and with great experience in the viticulture of the Ribera Del Duero.
Taking advantage of the resources and knowledge which it was possessing, and the support of the family Medrano Martin, it embarked in a project ilusionannte. Nowadays Rubén and his wife Mónica share work and illusion for the wine, and that little by little go trasmitiendo to his daughter Sara
