Ruyavi's Winery, it was founded in the year 1990, for Javier Viteri and Alicia Ruiz de Ubago, being this one a familiar Winery, with what the totality of his vineyards they are own, inherited from his respective families. The creation of the current Winery arises immediately after the idea of commercializing his own production. At present only they commercialize wine of year, but in a not distant future this one foreseen the upbringing of his wines.
His brands are Ruyavi and Fincas de Ruyavi. For the production of his wines two varieties use tempranillo in 90 % and viura 10 %. The this Winery located in Lapuebla de Labarca, as his vineyards, which he supposes that these place in lands clayey calcareous with a peculiar and favorable climate for the best development of the grapevine.
