Respecting the weight of the tradition and manteniéndo the good one to do that generation after generation from 1925 has transmitted in the family Casado Morales, year a year they exercise great care in the selection and I cultivate entirely of his own vineyards and in the production and aging of his wide range of wines obtained by means of the peculiar process of carbonic maceration.
His facilities located in Lapuebla de Labarca's heart itself are very wide and are prepared well. The wise mixture of tradition transmitted from parents to children and modernity with the incorporation of the new technologies they have contributed undoubtedly that this one Winery has reached important levels as for quality. This Winery is pioneering in Europe in the implantation of a protection system of primary aromas, by means of controls of temperature inside an IT network.
