Jose Miguel Ramos Noda put in functioning the facilities of Wineries Tagoror and turned them into an economic activity into 1990, after having begun as hobby in the 70s. From 2003 this concept of Winery has been extended in space.

A new building receives the zone of upbringing with his park of casks, equipment of bottling and store in his basement; on his two plants of surface, the offer has grown thinking about the visitors with a vinoteca and museum that explains the history of this wine company and the works and agricultural processes across old tools, a lounge of degustation, El Empaquetado crunches it with service of kitchen, the room El Cachorro Canario in the top floor for events with capacity of up to 120 persons (including persons with disability that they have elevator and own services), etc.

Most of the vineyards is of stained grape, since 90 % of the production of wine devotes himself to this type of wines. The star is the one that takes the brand Identity, 100 % of grape negramoll for a wine of limited production. The majority of the grape (70 %), it is for his more known brands: Tagoror and El Engazo.
