Founded in 1962

Wineries Viña Bajoz is a cooperative company dedicated to the production and commercialization of wines with D.O. Toro, activity that it develops from his foundation, in 1962.

The company born of the will of eight farmers of cashing in to the enormous wine-growing wealth of his lands, was the first cooperative Winery of the region and today, almost forty years later, it distributes his wines in more than one score of countries.

Wineries Viña Bajoz possesses a human equipment of 26 persons and elaborates a wide selection of wines (white, stained young persons, of upbringing and reservation) from 1.000 hectares of own vineyard that 137 partners of the company possess.

The philosophy of work of the company is based in producing a wide variety of wines of high quality from the experience and the perfect conjugation of tradition and high technology, so much in his processes of production as at the moment of carrying out a careful process of selection of the grapes.

In the last years, the impulse received for Wineries Viña Bajoz has been very important thanks to a politics of investments that it has converted to the company into one of the Wineries technologically more advanced of Spain.

This process, still in march, has given like proved the recognition of the quality of his wines "Bajoz" and " Viña Bajoz " in diverse national and international contests.
