Founded in 1980
The family García Viadero began in La Rioja his wine-producing vocation in 1980. Gregorio García Álvarez elaborated his first Rincón de Navas with the exquisite and only fruit of the oldest vineyards of Rioja. At present the Winery Valgrande is placed in the heart of the Rioja Alta in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, where a limited selection of Rincón de Navas Upbringing and Rincón de Navas Reserves with the most elegant wood giving as fruit an exclusive Rioja of artesana production that obtains that the grape tempranillo reaches his maximum expression.
Valduero exports nowadays to more than 30 countries in the whole world. One of our major advantages takes root in the aptitude to do sending with diverse quantities of our different wines up to specialized distributors.
As part of our politics towards the distributors, we support his activities with constant visits the markets of destination, promotional actions, tryings, fairs, participation in international contests and tours enológicos in our facilities. The results are an impressive collection of prizes and medals that accredit Valduero as one of the most forceful Wineries of Ribera del Duero.
