Bodegas Vinos Uncastellum fruit is an initiative of the illusion of wine enthusiasts while coiciden in the ethical need the project to be respectful of the ecosystem where it was to develop.
The careful preparation of payment choose grapes Valdefunes Tower, at 725 m. altitude, following the strictest procedures viticulture, wine achieves a great personality. Tempranillo, Garnacha, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon wisely assembled and aged in the best French and American oak make Uncastellum reds (Red Barrel and Aureum) are recognized and appreciated by the finest hospitality establishments in Spain and Central Europe.
In its short existence Wineries Uncastel.lum accumulates numerous awards both nationally and internationally, supported by the OIV (International Organisation of Vine and Wine) and has been honored by the Academy of Gastronomy Aragonese Aragonese as best winery 2006.
All wines of Bodegas Uncastel.lum are certified by the Organic Agriculture Committee Aragonés and ECOCERT.
