Pioneer in Aragon, is born in Tosos, one of fourteen municipalities that integrate Cariñena's D.O.. With familiar entail to the viticulture generation after generation and received in the Ecological Production from 1994 it is the first winery of Aragon dedicated exclusively to the culture and production of wine proceeding from Ecological Agriculture. The whole process is controlled and supported by the Aragonese Committee of Ecological Agriculture (C.A.A.E.), according to community regulation CE 2092/91 of Ecological Production and for the D.O. Cariñena.
