Founded in 1957
In the year 1957 a great corporate movement invaded the hearts of 57 founding vine-growers of Torremorón. They were cultivating his small vineyards that still exist, mute witnesses of the evolution.
With the years there were joining vine-growers of adjacent peoples. The majority of the vineyard is placed to the north shore of the river Douro, to 800 meters on the level of the sea and protected by the Slope Manvirgo.
In 1990 Wineries Torremorón it realized a great reform, extending his facilities and incorporating the most top technology in the production of wines, incorporating all the resources that guarantee an exhaustive control of the product to obtain the maximum quality, and to assure the future of the future generations.
