La elaboración de este vino ha corrido a cargo del enólogo Alfredo Marqués, un hombre de recorrido en el grupo Terras Gauda, en el que se ocupa especialmente de la elaboración de los vinos tintos en las bodegas del Bierzo y Ribera del Duero. Heraclio Alfaro es la marca elegida para la bodega y el vino, una denominación con historia y con alma, la de un pionero de la aviación

Designation of Origin RIAS BAIXAS

A partir de la conocidísima albariño, añadiendo loireiro y caiño blanco se elabora Terras Gauda Etiqueta Negra, un vino blanco que auna tradición y tecnología. Cada variedad de uva se vinifica de forma separada y después del coupage se dejan fermentar en barrica durante 5 meses para conseguir un vino con carácter. Pero este vino es mucho más, por ello reposa 4 meses más en frío. Así se consigue un vino blanco de gran calidad. Despues resposa aun 6 meses más en la botella antes de comercializarse. Así se logra un albariño complejo, rico en matices y muy sabroso.
