Solar Viejo was founded in 1937 and it is placed in the north part of the Rioja, in the Rioja Alavesa, near the medieval people of Laguardia. Solar Viejo name comes from the manors, casonas typical in Laguardia.
During generations, the Winery has had a narrow relation with the vine-growers, which assures the best quality of the grapes for our products.
