The Winery was constituted in Regular Collective Company in the year 1.946, tranformándose in Joint-stock company in the year 1.973 and adapting his bylaws to the in force regulation in the year 1.992, nowadays it turns under the trade name: Primitivo Collantes, S.A.
The production of the wines and vinegars of Primitivo Collantes, S.A. is an integral production, that is to say only one uses grapes of own vineyards. From the control of all the modern technologies of vineyards, there are realized all the operations destined for a qualit vinificación by means of the system of criaderas and crossbeams in boots of American oak (of 500 liters) where Physicist develops the Biological Upbringing (thin wines) and Upbringing - Chemistry (wines of 17,5 º), which guarantees the maximum quality, uniformity and identification.
The Winery Primitivo Collantes, S.A. elaborates and ages vinegars of wine, which equally are inscribed in the Regulatory Advice of the D.O. Jerez-Xeres-Sherry.
