Founded in 1990

The sugar and the vineyard were the first cultures that the Castilians implanted in the island. The excellent climate of Tenerife, smoothed by the trade winds, did of this island, specially of Tacoronte's zone, the ideal place for the production of qualit wines, which, already in the 16th century and the XVIIth, reached so high prestige that they were demanded by most cosmopolitan Europa's markets and America.

Domingo Lopez Arvelo, man lover of the field and of the wine, remembers as his ancestors they were telling him that in the part more ancient than today is the Winery Dams Ocampo, his family already was devoting itself to do the rich wines that in those moments were almost like a luxury that not they they all could allow him, of this form and with the regulation of the sector, in the 80s one started working again for the Canary wines, and from this moment it was like little by little and with everything in fondness of the world, this butler began with the adventure of the wine, but it was from the year 1.990 with the entry in the Regulatory Advice Tacoronte-Acentejo when really the Winery took the summit that has placed it nowadays as one of the most important of the island and with the major projection.
