Winery of familiar tradition, founded in 1940, for D. Carmelo Martínez Cristobal, on the street Palafox, n º 11. It was placed in the old town of the city of Saragossa, between the Cathedral of the Seo and the former police station of the General Palafox. At present, winery of production with plant bottling works for D.O.'s wines in Cariñena and it plants bottling works and offices on Villanueva de Gállego.
Own vineyards in Algairén's saw and Paniza's Port, with a surface of 98 hectares of noble varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Muscadet, Tempanillo, Macabeo, Robe, Mazuela) .Los vineyards are placed to 699 meters of altitude on the level of the sea.
Given his geographical situation where the valleys alternate with the saws, and close to a continental climate, with untaut winds as the "cold north wind", they favor the creation of a special microclimate that makes possible that the grapes cultivated in these places, have a special fragrance and aromas very pecualiares.
