Founded in 2006
At the beginning of the year 2006, the family Martinón, it decides to start his project of the production of a winery in Lanzarote's island. I project, that besides interesting, it was muffling possibilities.
One of the most attractive things of the project was the possibility of elaborating a monovarietal of malmsey wine (they call monovarietales to those wines that are elaborated in sole right by the only variety of grape). For it one was telling with a vineyard property of the family, that in the main it is composed by vine-stocks of this noble and interesting variety.
