Founded in 1940
It was as far back as 1940 in which the founder of the Winery, D. Mamerto de la Vara Perez decided to start his way as maker of wines.
From the first moment D. Mamerto I centre his efforts on the production of sweet wines of quality, sitting already the bases of the philosophy of work of our Winery.
At present, with the third generation of the family De la Vara at the head of the Winery, we have gathered this inheritance and continue working with the same illusion and the same handcrafted spirit of always, selecting grapes of the best vineyards and contributing the best to be able to do of that we are capable.
