In the year 2003 the young person technical duo formed by the Spanish Jorge Moral and the Frenchman Xavier Iturria, decided to join his experience and to found Wineries Iturria Moral, S.L.
The Winery is placed in Quintanilla de Onesimo (Valladolid), is a building of beginning of the 20th century, which was constructed to use as port of load for the limestone, abundant in Quintanilla, and that was transported in trains. It has remodelled and transformed into Winery during the year 2003.
