The winery is in a former convent of the 18th century, under whose domed ceilings there is carried out, principally, the upbringing of his wines. It was founded in 1937 by D. Jose Iglesias Carrellán.
At present it is a result of several generations joined by the love to the wine, they rely on own vineyards and an important park of casks of American oak.
