RIOJA qualified Designation of Origin

Siguiendo los métodos más naturales, realizamos la fermentación maloláctica en barrica de roble francés nueva. Es posible la aparición de ligeros sedimentos que no afectan a la extraordinaria calidad de este vino. El vino permanece en barricas de roble francés nuevo durante un periodo aproximado de 12 a 16 meses. Después de su embotellado, la bodega establece la fecha de su salida al mercado.

RIOJA qualified Designation of Origin

Despalillado de la fermentación de la uva en depósitos de acero inoxidable a temperatura controlada, con remontados y micro-oxigenación para la extracción óptima de color, aroma y sabor. Permanece un tiempo mínimo de 24 meses en barrica de roble americano y francés y 36 meses en nuestros botelleros, en condiciones óptimas de temperatura y humedad, donde el vino madura y se armoniza.

Despalillado de uva con fermentación del mosto en depósitos de acero inoxidable a temperatura controlada y con remontados y micro-oxigenación para conseguir una óptima extracción de color, aromas y sabor. Permanece un mínimo de 12 meses en barrica de roble americano y francés y más de un año en nuestros botelleros, en condiciones óptimas de temperatura y humedad, donde el vino madura y se armoniza.
