Estevan Sempere is a Winery with vineyards, located in the estate " The Watchtowers ", in Villena's municipal area. It is a family enterprise, with approximately ten hectares of vineyards of the varieties: tempranillo, merlot and cabernet sauvignon. His principal aim is to obtain a variety of wines adapted to all kinds of palates, using exclusively grapes of our own crop. The winery possesses a capacity of 50.000 liters. The production of his products is submitted to an exhaustive quality control, gathering the grapes to hand and rejecting those who are not in good condition. The production is totally handcrafted and uses the last technology.
