Founded in 1999
The union of several winemakers Bollullos Par del Condado not too pleased with the progress of the Cooperative area results in 1999 this winery. From the hand of Juan Antonio Camacho, alma mater of this project, began its journey with the typical white youths in the area with the amazing grape salaam.
But I do not want to be like anyone else and start thinking about red wines in this area. Looking for two fells the Cañada del Parral and the Remuñana and foreign varieties planted there, like syrah, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon and merlot. Spend years experimenting with them to get a good product that we enjoy today welcomed in many tables of our city.
In all this work has had much to do Juan Alberto Gonzalez, who has brought new techniques and scientific methods to get out of the land the best wine possible.
