FAMILY ENTERPRISE with the most ample range of Wines with D.O. La Mancha and Tierra de Castilla.. Placed in the heart of La Mancha, in Campo de Criptana, 170 kilometres to the south of Madrid.

THE ORIGIN of the passion for the wine of the family Del Saz, goes back 1930 when Alvaro del Saz, ascendancy of the current owner, was employed at the former winery …. Vidal Del Saz Rodríguez, son of Alvaro del Saz, grew between vats and wineries of wine, which inculcated a great fondness for this one product. In the 60s Vidal del Saz Rodríguez turns into Vice-president of Campo de Criptana's cooperative.

His great initiative and love for the wine makes him take the decision to found his own winery, for what in 1972 he is thinking, Vidal del Saz Rodríguez (wineries DEL SAZ), private winery, with the aim to produce qualit wines and about announcing them on the domestic and international markets. In these years there begins the commercialization of his bottlings with brands as Viña Del Saz origin of the current principal brand of the company VIDAL DEL SAZ.

Nowadays wineries DEL SAZ it commercializes his national wines and internationally, being present nowadays in eleven countries, directed by Vidal Ignacio del Saz, son of the founder.
