The determination and to be able to do wine of some of them, led five partners rabbit-breeders to constituting in 1997 a new winery for the Island. Of the hand of Nicolás de Páez, Cándido Reguera, Eduardo Martinón, Juan Cabrera and Eduardo Pacheco Castillo de Guanapay is born, and with her, qualit broths with D.O., since it could not be otherwise on having been inscribed also in the Regulatory Advice of Lanzarote's Wines.

The grape Malmsey wine that they gather from certain zones of the Island is the fruit embellished for the production of all these broths.
