It was founded on the first half of last century taking advantage of a soaked underground re-dressed in rustic cut stone; where the Laguardia's former flour one was.
Later, in the 50s, the Winery was extended by the construction of a building closed in vault by three heights of Wineries by capacity for a total of 800.000 liters.
Nowadays they have a park of 500 casks, 70 % of American oak, 15 % of Bosnian oak and 15 % of oak allier and of not more than 4 years. This way estan prepared to satisfy his increasingly numerous and demanding clientele.
Wineries CASA JUAN possesses nowadays 20 hectares of own Vineyard in Rioja. The technical personnel enologists of the Winery control all the treatments.
For this efficiency and independence the grapes cut always estan processed the same day. The fruit spends less possible time from the mother land to his encube and beginning of fermentation.
