Founded in 1760
The first member of the family Valdespino that I dedicate to the culture of vineyards and upbringing wine natives of Jerez de la Frontera was contemporary D. Alfonso Valdespino of the King Alfonso X " THE wise person ". Though the signature A.R. Valdespino was born in 1875, and they were the first ones that registered the term "Sacristía" as commercial brand. In 1999 the family Estévez acquired this Winery beginning to form a part therefore of the Group Estévez.
Valdespino together with Uncle Mateo constitutes current " Hulls of Winery " totally climatizados and in his interior it rests san mas from 27.000 boots of American oak. And also one finds " El Rincón de Curro" is Valdespino's sacristy in honoring to the bullfighting Curro Romero.
