The Wineries Vicente Apilánez Ruiz y dos más C.B., they were founded in 1985 to elaborate the wine of the 15 hectares. Relatives, but they ended, in addition, bottling and commercializing his own wine. The father, Vicente, and his children Juan Vicente and Javier, continue the harvesters' tradition inherited from his forbears.
These traditional Wineries, of 1.200 m2, between his four plants, elaborate a stained sober and basically young wine, though also they realize upbringing in his 53 casks of American oak. The varieties and proportion of types of grape are the habitual ones of the region: 90 % of tempranillo and 10 % of viura.
Also it is necessary to emphasize that they have a capacity of storage of 150.000 liters, and they themselves commercialize his wine, under the brands of " Hermanos Apilánez " for the young wine and "Apilánez" for the crianza.
