Bodega Flors is a family of Vicente Martí Flors with partner Pedro Segura, an expert in the field and in charge of the work in the vineyards, which has regained Useres winemaking tradition, seeking a balance between the soil, the Mediterranean microclimate, the variety and how their wine making Clotas.
Today, the winery owners are involved in all processes of winemaking, from the type of pruning, stop charging, green pruning, harvesting and selection to the table prior to the entry into winery .
The grapes are harvested by hand and cold maceration. The first production was Clotas wine with Tempranillo. In the 2008 vintage, the wine is still 100% tempranillo and tempranillo wine a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and wine.
