Rafael Palacios is passionate about making white wines and son of the founder of Bodegas Palacios Remondo, D. Jose Palacios Remondo. After making his first target in the family winery, Plácet, he decided to create his own winery in Galicia, in the Valley of Bibei, the DO Valdeorras, where he finds some old Godello vineyards, perfect for developing their refined white, which cultivates recovering traditional viticulture, without use of herbicides or synthetic treatments.

Second wine of Rafael Palacios, the small brother of Ace Sortes do Val de Bibei. Rafael Palacios's speciality is to elaborate specially white wines, since according to him, he feels more to taste with this type of category. Nowadays, Palaces it strains in realizing, in his Valdeorras's own warehouse, a new interpretation of the Godello of more height. According to his words, his purpose is " to do the first white of payment " in Spain.
