In Fuencaliente the vineyards behave of creeping form for covered areas of volcanic ash (picón) occupying a great surface and with a few very low productions. The Malmsey wine, the Gual and The Sabro are located between 200 and 550 meters of altitude, and of these varieties there are elaborated wines of Sweet Malmsey wine, Sabro Dulce and Gual Dulce.
