winery of familiar structure that develops his activity in the Hamlet Elizalde, located in the beautiful place of Mendraka's neighborhood, and that one agrees on Argiñeta's mythical Necropolis. The winery is composed by an own vineyard of 4 Hectares and associate vineyard: 1,5 Hectares.
The plots of vineyard are in the neighborhoods of Mendraka, Gazeta and Miota of Elorrio's Municipality (Biscay) in skirts of area orientated towards the mounts Anboto and Udalaitz. He is to an altitude between 245 and 300 meters on the level of the sea. These conditions achieve that the grape has a point of excellent ripeness, due to his constant sunstroke, dependent on the area and aeration.
