Winery CYAN, it is one of the Wineries most recognized and admired by the national and international critique, by the quality of his wines since in 1999 it was founded.
The this Winery located in the Ctra. of Toro - Venialbo, soon after Valdefinjas's municipality. It consists of three ships, one of them semiburied, where they rest the casks, and other two crowning a hill, from which there is spied an impressive sight of the region and of his vineyards. The estate La Calera, it has 100 hectares of vineyards, olive trees and pinegrove, which him awards a few very special characteristics for the production of qualit wines.
The variety Tinta de Toro and the traditional method of production, they do that long guards could realize these wines.
The modern facilities of the Winery are provided with the necessary machinery to reach the final aim of the maximum quality. It possesses a park of 600 casks, fundamentally of French oak.
