This familiar winery founded in 1995 by D. Alejandro Arregui Mendizábal, it is located in the Basque Country to the east of Zarautz's locality (Gipuzkoa). His areas belonging to Ibaita's former hamlet cover part of a hillside with orientation south - southwest.
The production enologist comes exclusively from his own vineyard, under D. Alejandro Arregui's guardianship together with two of his children, one of them.
In his beginning in the year 1995 5 hectares of vineyards stood firm. The first crop that saw the light, was in the following year 1996, one txakoli dry ideal white to accompany any plate, especially for fished, seafood or as appetizers. At present they are cultivated of 9,6 hectares.
