Adega Pazos de Lusco
Founded in 2006
The Pago Piñeiro surrounded by 6 hectares of vineyard of grape Albariño, reached on pergola on a soil of rotten granite biotítico. The construction of the building goes back to the 16th century, though it was remodelled and extended at the end of the XIXth.
Albariño's white wines possess an extraordinary fruit-bearing load that, after a suitable upbringing, there evolve to wines marcadamente complex, bombastic and mineral that support a vibrant acidity during years of permanency in bottle.
Inside the subfields of wines of the D.O. Rías Baixas, it is in the Condado do Teawhere they give themselves the ideal conditions to elaborate the wines that we wish. This county presents as fundamental characteristics a climate with a minor pluviometría that other subfields, a great thermal contrast and a few soils extremely poor and exempt from organic matter.
The final result is obtained after an intense work of selection and trying up to assembling harmonic, balanced and very expressive wines.
