Bodegas Castelo de Medina vergeben in Hongkong

This is the fifth edition of one of the most prestigious events in the wine sector in the Asia-Pacific, in which two wines from Bodegas Castelo de Medina paths have obtained prizes, being the only winery in Castilla y León awarded at the event.

These wines from the winery in Villaverde de Medina (Valladolid) winners in the Asian contest were the Castelo de Medina Verdejo Selected 2012 with a Silver Medal and Syte 2008, awarded a Bronze Medal latter being also the only two wines presented Bodegas Castelo de Medina in the competition.

It is the first time that the wines of Bodegas Castelo de Medina presented a wine competition held in Asia, reflecting the enormous effort of the winery of Valladolid is being made to introduce wines of Rueda in this emerging market.

The Cathay Pacific Hong Kong Wine and Spirit Competition is supervised by the International Wine and Spirit Competition, vinívolas one of the most important competitions in the world and has over forty years of experience in organizing such contests.
